Design and Engineering
We have highly experienced staff who have been involved extensively in rail vehicle design over a range of projects. We have gained experience in delivering projects in the following areas;

· Passenger train interior design
· Passenger train saloon modifications
· Passenger train driving cab modifications
· Freight train modifications
The projects that we are able to complete range from simple drawing updates, failure investigation to vehicle modifications and new concept design development. Due to using the latest 3D CAD software realistic models and visualisations can be developed to present concept designs which can be used for discussion purposes. A comprehensive range of analysis services can be performed from component level right through to vehicle level structures.
We completely familiar with EN, RGS and TSI standards as well as standards used in Asia (GB, JIS) and coupled with the companies approved Quality Management Systems and the latest mainstream CAD and FEA software in place will mean that we can meet demanding timescales, budgets, quality and above all safety requirements needed for rail vehicle designs.
